It has been a long time since I last looked at this blog and a ton of stuff has happened since that time.  I have worked for two different companies in the retail business and lost both my much beloved grandmother and my dear friend Susan to cancer.  Life goes on though and I have had some good in my life as well.  The primary thing being my successful relocation to California where I stand out like a sore thumb for loving green christmases and having a strong dislike for rain and snow.  Life is never dull if nothing else.

My dog died today at the age of 14. I don't know why, all I know is that he is gone. May he rest in peace.

Nothing much, just starting classes again (which promises to be interesting). Glad I found a way to solve Trouble's bladder problem. It was a pain to clean up pee puddles every morning.

I don't know what it is about this time of year but I wish that it would come without stress. First my dog made a mess by the backdoor this morning, then I found out how difficult decorating is without my sister's help. I hate being short. On the plus side, the house is looking a bit more christmasy.

Well, I don't know if our situation has improved any or not but, things feel less grim at the moment. Maybe it was the fact we were able to see a movie yesterday thanks to some giftcards we had and have some kind friends which are going to provide thanksgiving dinner for us. I do not know. All I do know is, I hope things only get better from here. I hope things are going well for anyone who is reading this post.
